Why don't the buttons click in my Classic key safe?Updated a month ago

This article relates to the Classic range of key safes which are: -

• Portable key safe
• S5 Permanent key safe
• S6 Slimline key safe
• S7 Big Box key safe
• J5 Over the Door key safe

If you cannot hear a click after pressing a button, you may need to press harder or if that isn’t working it could be that you have pressed the same number more than once.

You can’t use any number more than once in your code. 

If that doesn’t work, try pulling down the ‘CLEAR’ button and starting again. If the code you are trying to enter contains the same number more than once, you have the incorrect code.
