Will the KEYP Shroud fit any key safe?
The KEYP Shroud is designed to fit The Key Safe Company key safes. If you have a key safe from another manufacturer, you will need to measure your existing key safe to check compatibility before purchasing.

When will my order be delivered?

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my order?

How do I request a refund or replacement?
For all refund and replacement requests, please contact Timpson Customer Services directly. As the retailer, they will assess your request and advise on the next steps in line with their returns and replacement process.
Is the KEYP Shroud covered by a warranty?
Yes. The KEYP Shroud is covered by a warranty provided by Timpson.

C500 Pro Key Safe: 5-year manufacturer's warranty
DPD says my parcel is from "Max Photo". Is this correct?
Yes. Max Photo is part of Timpson, so if your DPD tracking or delivery notification shows Max Photo as the sender, this is your KEYP Bundle and/or key safe order.
Why have I received emails from Max Photo instead of Timpson?
DPD tracking notifications are sent under Max Photo, which is part of the Timpson Group. This is completely normal and relates to your KEYP order.
Can I buy the KEYP Shroud in a Timpson store?
No. The KEYP Shroud is currently available online only due to stock availability and personalisation options. However, The Key Safe Company key safes are available in selected Timpson stores.
Can The Key Safe Company track my order?
No. The Key Safe Company cannot track KEYP orders placed through Timpson. For order updates or tracking information, please contact Timpson Customer Services or use the tracking link provided by DPD.
What should I expect when ordering my KEYP Bundle?
- Visit The Key Safe Company website and select the KEYP™ House Sign & C500 Pro Key Safe Bundle option
- Choose your KEYP Shroud material and colour.
- Select Customise, which will take you to the Timpson website.
- Personalise your sign and complete your purchase through Timpson.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email, followed shortly by a welcome email from Timpson.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation followed by a DPD tracking email from "Max Photo", on behalf of Timpson.
