Your key safe does not come with a pre-set code. All key safes are sold with no code in them and you will need to set your own code in your new key safe.

To open your new key safe (before you have set a code), simply pull down the clear button then turn the open dial.

When you do set your own code, please remember to keep a record of it somewhere safe as you will not be able to open the key safe without the code once it has been set.
