I have the code, but cannot open my key safe (Ark Tamo & Tamo Pro only)
- Turn the ‘OPEN’ dial anti-clockwise once, 360 degrees. (This is a complete turn so it ends up back in the original position).
- Press down on the ‘CLEAR’ button and release (Located in the middle of the numbered buttons).
- Enter your code ensuring that you press each button firmly so that you hear or feel a click
- Turn the ‘OPEN’ dial clockwise 180 degrees
- This should unlock and open your key safe
- If the ‘OPEN’ dial gets stuck in the 6 o’clock position, this would indicate that the code is not correct.
- If some of the buttons do not engage, then the mechanism may be broken.
If this still hasn’t worked, have a think about:
How long has it been since you have used the key safe?
Is it possible someone may have changed the code in the meantime?
