No. Using a screwdriver to turn the dials when selecting a code combination will damage the mechanism and void the warranty.

The dials are designed to turn smoothly. If you experience any resistance when setting or changing the code, stop and consult your user guide or call us on 0330 363 0303. 

All of our key safes come with a code changing tool which is located inside the key safe.

If your code changing tool is missing, please drop us an email to [email protected] with what model of key safe you have and we will pop a replacement code change tool out in the post.

Our police preferred range of key safes require that you turn the open dial to the locked position with the key safe open before you attempt to change or set the code.
