Are your Key Safes exempt from VAT?

A key safe is not exempt from VAT when purchased through The Key Safe Company, even if you qualify for VAT relief. Although one of the most common uses for key safes is to aid vulnerable and disabled users, key safes are used in various markets. This includes holiday homes, domestic cleaning and personal convenience. 

Therefore, they are not solely designed for people with disabilities. 

If you qualify for a care package through your local council or are signing up to a telecare/telehealth service, we recommend speaking to your provider to find out if they provide a key safe as part of this care package.
