Why don't the buttons click on my ark Tamo Pro key safe?Updated a month ago

If you cannot hear a click after depressing a button, you may need to press harder or if that isn’t working it could be that you have pressed the same number more than 4 times.

You can’t use any number more than 4 times in your code. 

If that doesn’t work, try pulling down the ‘CLEAR’ button and starting again. If the code you are trying to enter contains the same number more than 4 times, you have the incorrect code. 

If you have the right code and you have pressed the buttons and they are still not clicking, check that the Keysafe is in the locked position, the buttons will be solid if in the unlocked position. Turn the open dial anti-clockwise so the arrow is facing to the locked padlock symbol. Then pull down the 'CLEAR' button and start again.
