Replacement Illumination Module for Tamo & Tamo ProUpdated 10 days ago

The illumination module in the ark Tamo and ark Tamo Pro key safes has a 2 year warranty. If the lights in your key safe stop working within this 2 year period please contact us on 0330 363 0303 or email [email protected] to arrange a replacement illumination module to be sent to you.

The ark Tamo and ark Tamo Pro key safes can have their 2 year warranty extended to 5 years by registering your product with us. This extends the mechanical workings of the key safe, but not the illumination module which remains with a 2 year warranty.

The illumination module is replaceable and instructions on how to do this are in the user guide. 

Please note, your ark Tamo or ark Tamo Pro key safe will continue to operate even if the battery in the illumination module has stopped working, the illumination module only powers the lights, the key safe itself is fully mechanical and will continue to open with the code you have set.

The illumination module is not currently listed on our website as an accessory but it is available for sale if your module is out of its warranty period. Price at July 2025 is £25 inclusive of Vat. NB. If your key safe is situated in a sunny position the lights will be difficult to detect during daylight hours.
