Please refer to our terms and conditions for detailed information relating to warranty. 

As a guide, the length of warranty for our different products is listed below: -

• ark Tamo and Ark Tamo Pro key safes have a 2 year warranty. You can extend this warranty to 5 years by registering your product with us. The extended warranty does not cover the illumination module.
• Supra C500 or P500 Pro KeySafes have a 5 year warranty. Please register your product with us, this does not extend the warranty.
• Our Classic key safes have a 2 year warranty. The Classic key safes are our S5 Permanent KeySafe, S6 Slimline KeySafe, S7 Big Box KeySafe, Portable KeySafe and J5 over-the-door KeySafe.
• Our electronic key safes have a 1 year warranty. Specifically these are the eSafe and the Igloo products.

If you experience any difficulty with the products purchased from us please contact us in the first instance so that we can run through troubleshooting with you and determine whether your product is covered by our product warranty.
