If your clear button is broken or missing please let us know by dropping an email to [email protected] letting us know which model of key safe you have and the name and address of where to send a new clear button to.

We are happy to send out a replacement clear button within the UK only via Royal Mail which will take a few days to arrive. Once you receive the replacement clear button, it simply clicks into place with the ridged side facing up.
