How is the Smart Door Handle powered?Updated 5 days ago

The Smart Door Handle is powered by 4 x AA alkaline batteries. We recommend using high quality batteries for best performance. It is expected that batteries will last approximately 6 months before requiring replacement.

Batteries are not included.

Please do not use rechargeable batteries.

There is an Emergency USB-C Power Port in case of battery failure.

Power Cuts

The Smart Door Handle is battery operated and works via Bluetooth so you are never locked out. You will still be able to use your fingerprint, key-card or App if there is a power cut.
