ark Tamo user guideUpdated 12 days ago
There are currently 2 versions of the ark Tamo key safe. They both operate in the same way and have the same security accreditations. The only difference is that the illumination modules differ.
Our first version is referred to as a Rev C. It has a sealed illumination module which is designed to last up to 5 years. The battery is not-replaceable, when the lights cease working, you would need to replace the entire illumination module. (Please note, the key safe will continue to function even if the lights are not working).

The newer version of the Tamo is referred to as a Rev D. This has an illumination module with a user replaceable coin cell battery (CR2032).
You can download a PDF version of either the Rev C or Rev D ark Tamo™ user guide at the bottom of this page.

The user guide should answer most of your product use related questions and includes the following information:
- Intended use
- Safety information
- Product specification
- How to choose, set and check the code
- How to install the key safe
- How to unlock, open and lock your key safe
- How to look after your key safe
- Spare parts information
- How to replace the illumination module (Rev C)/ battery (Rev D)
- How to correctly dispose of the key safe
- Warranty information
Ark Tamo key safes have a 2 year warranty. You can extend this warranty to 5 years by registering your product with us. The extended warranty does not cover the illumination module in Rev C or the module and battery in Rev D.
